All teaching staff will have headsets. We will have amplifiers so everyone can hear everywhere in the room. If you have trouble hearing and need to read lips please make us aware and we will do our best to help. 

Everyone can see from anywhere in the room - if you have trouble with sight please let us know. You are welcome to bring your tablets and also watch online while in class for a closer image.

Yes, bring your ott-lights if you would like or feel you may need more light. We will have outlets for every table.

Hotel rooms are non-smoking double queen for the discounted  group rate of  $125 per night (group number and other information is given in our facebook community group)

There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. 

NCCR will be providing shuttle service from the hotel every day of the retreat from the hotel to the Crafty Barn. 

From the GSO Airport

Take I-40 to exit 210, get on I-73 to Airport Pkwy. take 109.

From the North 

From US 421, take exit for NC66. Continue on NC66 until you  hit Stafford Centre Dr , about 1.5 miles. Take a right on Stafford  Centre Dr. Hotel is on right.         

From the South

Go north on NC66 until you hit Stafford Centre Dr then take a left. Hotel is on the right behind SECU.     

From the East

Take I-40E to exit 203, then turn left, and another left onto Stafford Centre Dr. Hotel is on the right

• AfterPay - You can choose this option to have 4 interest-free installments. 
• Option 1 monthly payment plan - $200 deposit due upon registration. After that,  $100 to be invoiced on the first of every month for 2 months and the final and last invoice for $138 due the 3rd month. 
• Option 2 payment plan - $200.00 deposit due upon registration and final payment of $338.99 due 90 days before event.

AFTER you make your payment or deposit, and digitally sign the Terms of Service Agreement & Waiver, You can ask to join the Private Facebook group HERE. 

Please know until these things are done you will not be accepted into the group. Waivers will be emailed to you upon your registration. Waivers must be signed within 5 business days. 

IMPORTANT! you will need a Facebook Account to join the event group. In this private group, you will receive:
